**£45,000 to £48,000 Per Annum (depending on experience) with potential to increase to £50,000 after 1 years’ service**

Professional Estate Manager required to manage this residential development and its employees, overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all services and activities are carried out efficiently, meeting the standards and requirements of the company.Key responsibilities will include taking responsibility for the management activities across the estate, developing the services in line with the brand and ensuring the service provided is tenure blind at point of delivery, managing and monitoring the effectivenessof the estate management service, and providing clear leadership and direction to all employees. The Estate Manager should have solid Previous Property/Estate management experience, leadership & influencing skills, knowledge of relevant Landlord and TenantAct, RICS and ARMA guidelines, regulations and procedures, excellent communication and problem solving skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes.
