SAR, insurance / solicitors letters and DVLA forms q.Process incoming e-test results, ensuring they are referred to the relevant clinician and any actions are completed r.Read code data on EMIS Clinical System. s.Answer incoming phone calls, transferring calls or dealing with the callers request appropriately t.Manage all administrative queries as necessary u.Maintain a clean, tidy, effective working area at all times v.Support all clinical staff with general administrative tasks as requested w.Process all DNA letters in accordance with current protocol x.Book appointments for all clinicians using care navigation skills. y.Complete opening and closing procedures in accordance with the duty rota z.As required support the pharmacists in the management of repeat prescriptions, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
