We are currently seeking a motivated and results driven trade counter sales representative to join our team. This roles combines:

- Greet and assist customers at the trade counter in a friendly and professional manner.
- Telesales - Initiate outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Update products on our B2B website.
- Provide product information, pricing details and assistance with order placement.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Close sales deals and achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities with upselling and cross selling.
- Sales Administration. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain organised sales records, invoices and customer communications. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, discounts and new product launches.
- Ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
