**The Role**

We are in search for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic, entrepreneurial team. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused start up environment, working on conveyancing files frominception to completion and being the When You Move brand in the market

**Key Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities of a Conveyancing Paralegal, but are not limited to:

- Be part of a like-minded group of Conveyancing Paralegal, who have sound technical knowledge of all conveyancing matters.
- Possess excellent communication skills; be able to demonstrate attention to detail with sound numerical ability.
- Be process focused and able to articulate that process to clients & financial advisors.
- Have a pro-active approach towards conveyancing and be looking for new & innovative ways to help drive the conveyancing department forward.
- Be expected to support other members of the Conveyancing team in handling sales and purchases.

**The Person**

The key skills and qualities of a Conveyancing Paralegal are:

- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a conveyancing role.
- Passion and knowledge about the conveyancing sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong understanding of process techniques.
- A passion for adopting new technologies that drive efficiency and transparency.
- A passion for jumping in at the deep-end, and a 'can-do’ attitude.
- An ability to learn quickly, so you can keep pace with one of the fastest growing conveyancing technology starts-ups.
- You have a curiosity about technology & innovation and how it can improve customer experience.
