Packaging Issuer

Duties:
To ensure the controlled issue and return of finished goods packaging in line with company minimum standards

Act with pace and decisiveness when issues are found (e.g. stop production, escalate through factory and site management)

Ensure all packing is stock controlled and available to production schedule

To understand and interpret results, and take action to improve performance

Member of the Production/Operations function, working with Line Managers to ensure effective within role

Key interactions with factory functions (incl. Technical, Hygiene, Operations and Factory Management)

Be the gatekeeper of this standard in daily operation

Ensure accurate and clear record keeping

Introducing and training new starters

Maintain the highest levels of safety, quality and hygiene

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role/environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
