Role: Freelance Interpreter

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide interpretation services between individuals who speak different languages.
- Facilitate effective communication by accurately conveying spoken or written messages.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all interactions.
- Act as a cultural mediator, ensuring understanding and respect between parties from different cultural backgrounds.

**Requirements**:

- Level 3 Community interpreting certificate or equivalent I.E. Degree, MA, BA
- Fluency in at least two languages, one being English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong knowledge of cultural nuances and sensitivities related to the languages being interpreted.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

Please note that this position may require flexible working hours and will require you to travel.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
