**Property Inspector - Midlands, Salary circa £30,000**

Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Property Inspector to join a growing business as part of their professional team of property specialists, to cover properties up and down the UK. Weare looking for an individual with a passion for the property sector to review and evaluate the overall condition of new and existing properties, conduct check in/check outs and rental inspections. The ideal person will have the flexibility to travel up anddown the UK. In return you will receive the following benefits:

**As the Property Inspector you will be responsible for the following**:

- Carrying out property viewings across a designated region of the UK
- Relaying feedback from viewing
- Producing inventories
- Estimating accurate rental valuations, based on a good knowledge of the property market for the local area
- Conducting check ins & check outs with tenants
- Carrying out routine tenant rental inspections
- Serving notices
- Keeping up to date with the latest legislation and regulations surrounding the Letting sector
- Recording travel times and working hours using the Atto App
- Uploading reports produced into Dropbox

**As the Property Inspector you will have the following experience**:

- An understanding of residential property leases and the property sector
- Knowledge market knowledge of the property sector and regional area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Hold a valid UK driving Licence and willing to travel
