As 1 st Line IT Help Desk Analyst reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing necessary IT support to the business.
Key responsibilities on the user side will include helping to resolve all IT related issues, liaising with 3 rd party companies to resolve support cases, setting up and maintaining users’ systems and assisting with user onboarding and outboarding processes.You will also maintain the companies bespoke software (training provided), update inventory of all hardware and software, monitor the backup status and test restores points, manage business Dashboard KPIs and assist with the implementation of company IT strategy.
