I am currently working with a fantastic business based in Slough who is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable person to join their team in order support the incredible growth of the business.

You will be providing support to the Finance Manager and accounts team with carrying out AR and credit control duties, this is a very busy role and will suit someone who is looking for an exciting opportunity within an expanding business and fun team

Job duties:

- Working within the accounts team carrying out Accounts Receivable duties
- Performing credit control duties and maintaining excellent relationships with vendors whilst chasing outstanding payments due
- Assisting vendors with any billing or account queries
- Reconciling and updating accounts
- Preparing and processing invoices
- Providing excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry and input
- Updating and working with Microsoft Excel, collating and amending spreadsheets with accurate information and producing reports
- Supporting the finance team with adhoc duties

Job requirements:

- Experience with Accounts Receivable
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and showing enthusiasm
- A strong work ethic and dedication to career
- Able to work 1 in 4 Saturdays (given time off in lieu) to assist with Payroll duties

This role will suit someone who has a flexible and dedicated approach to work and thrives in a busy and challenging role.
