**The role**

Primarily support the Account Executives with the preparation and delivery of live, on-line and at times, on-site product demonstrations

To answer any technical questions the client may have in an easy to understand way.

Working closely with all internal departments to continuously review and adapt product solutions.
Have technical discussion with customers IT departments to resolve any issues and be creative in how to resolve them

Respond to RFP’s from potential customers

Become a go to product expert

**About you**

Having the technical experience is key, but having an outgoing personality is just as important

Someone from a SaaS background is a desired preference

Be an excellent communicator and relationship builder

Have a strong work ethic to go above and beyond to deliver service excellence.
