We are a small successful, entrepreneurial team seeking a committed individual with a passion for financial planning and a genuine desire to build their expertise.

Working closely with one of our most successful partners and his team, you will be heavily involved in the advice process, working with wealthy clients.

**About the Role**

We offer the opportunity to sit in on client meetings, build cash flow models, undertake technical analysis, write reports, and play a key part in delivering our high-quality service to our clients. We can enable your success and empower you to take responsibilityfor more complex financial planning and client relationships as you progress.

We can offer a competitive salary and bonus with considerable increases in remuneration.

**Essential Criteria**
- Demonstrable experience in a paraplanning / technical role in financial planning or wealth management and have previously shadowed a licensed adviser, including attending client meetings.
- Diploma in Financial Planning Level 4 status and some progress made towards Chartered status.
- Understand the regulatory framework, ethics and principles of the advice process
- Unrestricted rights to work in the UK

**Desirable Criteria**

The role would suit a positive, energetic paraplanner with an empathetic approach and excellent organisational skills who is comfortable developing trusting client relationships, working with initiative and taking responsibility.

Progress with Advanced papers Level 6 is desirable

**Salary & Benefits**
- Basic salary: £55000 to £70,000
- Bonus: OTE £65,000 to £75,000
- Holiday: 25 days
- Private Health Care

**Additional Information**

We offer hybrid working once established; however, the nature of the role, training and colleague liaison requires easy access to the office.

We have a tailored training programme with study support to Chartered Financial Planner status.
