You will assist the Income Management Manager and Senior Officer with the reconciliation against the RBC financial ledger system. (Rent approx. £46m pa) whilst monitoring and reconciling computerised allocation of customers payments to the Income Recoverysystem (total approximately £30m pa)

**About the role**
- Introduce and support new method of payments and funds
- Adapt current working reconciliation process’s and include new MOP’s, funds and supporting IT systems
- Balance daily payments for Leaseholders and Rents using reporting systems (currently OHMS and Infomaker) and the RBC payment system (currently Civica). To identify discrepancies and resolve.
- Complete all aspects of direct debit tasks. Including setting up new DD’s, amendments, cancellations, calculations, over-rides/changes, indemnity and bank charges.
- Request DD funds daily when required using system notifications and the secure BACS portal
- Transfer payments within the housing system (currently OHMS) and transfers in and out of the housing system using Civica.
- Process refunds
- Run reports daily (currently using Infomaker), for weekly and monthly for statistic, including current and former arrears
- Administer write off’s, write on and reversals
- To create, end and amend tenancies and rent accounts
- Create properties, add charges and amend charges.

**About you**

The following experience is required for this role:

- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics
- Experience within financial and data management or work of a similar nature, or able to demonstrate the ability to acquire specific knowledge through training
- Supporting colleagues and suppliers on finance and data
- Experience of working in partnership with other agencies
- Hybrid working
