Intelligent Resource Recruitment is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for a **Recruitment Advisorrole**to be Oxford, OX4 6NL based out

**Job Title: HRM Specialist**

**Location: Portsmouth-PS18 0SH (2 days per week onsite)**

**Job Type: 12 months contract**

**Experience required**
- Project management skills
- Managing HR Advisors - management responsibility
- Day to day HR actions
- Strategic HRBP
- HRBP experience (covers management, knowledge, exp)
- CIPD 5 preferred, but not essential
- Ability to handle pressure whilst solving problems and conflicts
- Highly developed communication skills
- Considerable business-related experience required
- Knowledge of Client Group agreements, HR processes, policies, instruments, and systems
- Employment law
- Highly developed ability to prioritise, assert and make decisions
- Experience of dealing with Company Councils
- High level presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Understanding of MS Office and relevant IT systems

**Education required**

Qualified to NVQ Level 5 or equivalent (e.g., Degree, Membership of Chartered Institute) preferably in an HR/Business Management related qualification
