A Hertfordshire organisation are looking for a Accounts Assistant to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Posting sales/purchase invoices and reconciling sales and purchase ledgers.
- Posting receipts and payments and reconciling bank accounts.
- Posting of month end journals and preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Prepare analysis and commentary for inclusion in management accounts.
- Deal with any queries which may arise from clients as primary contact for own portfolio of clients.
Your experience will be:

- Educated to A level standard or equivalent and AAT level 4 qualified.
- Keen to continue or pursue further accounting qualification.
- Numerate with strong communication skills.
- Organised with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
