**Your Mission**:

- Collaborate with multiple disciplines and work with other departments to deliver key 3D environment art and prop assets.
- Assist in the planning of work for yourself and others on the team.
- Provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Directly manage junior, mid level and principle artists, share knowledge and best pipeline practices.
- Support, communicate and drive the high level artistic vision, ensuring that this complements the overall product vision and works within the established technical direction.

**Ideal Applicant**:

- Experience creating game ready 3D art in a professional environment.
- A portfolio of work demonstrating a strong artistic ability, specifically in stylized art styles.
- Strong foundational skills including colour theory, composition, lighting, etc.
- Experience collaborating with producers and directors to create visuals that meet the specific requirements of the project.
- Able to understand and address requests for revisions.
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, eager to learn and grow, with a can-do attitude.
- A passion for games and a willingness to work with others to create outstanding art.
- Able to own deliverable responsibilities within an Art specialty, while managing a team, providing consistent motivational and directional leadership.
- Excellent understanding of art processes and techniques in all main art disciplines, including animation, characters, environments, vehicles, visual effects and UI.
- Able to successfully contribute to overall project strategy, while also able to collaborate successfully at the detail level.
- Experience inleading, growing and teaching staff members under your management umbrella.

**Skills Summary**:

- 3D software. such as Blender, Zbrush, Maya or 3D Studio Max.
- Experience in sculpting high poly, heavily stylized assets in Zbrush or Blender.
- Experience in Substance Suite. Painter and Designer specifically.
- Excellent understanding of environment creation and composition.
- Experience in Unity, using HDRP.
- Excellent communication and interpretation abilities.
- Experience of mentoring junior, cross discipline staff members, not just 3D artists.

We will require all applicants to have a pre-existing right to work in the UK.

Remote, hybrid and office based all considered.
