Our client is a leading Insutrial Services Company and provides excellent services for very large projects in varying locations. This role is for a Commercial Administrator to join the Commercial Team.

You could be a trainee/Assistant QS or an administrator with experience on a construction site who is keen tobecome part of an excellent and increasingly busy team. The project is long term and therefore this permanent role is attractive.

The duties include:

- Updating site commercial trackers with data from accounts software
- Updating site commercial trackers with data from electronic valuation folder
- Preparing and submitting accurate valuations to the client
- Meeting with the client and answering any queries
- Raising invoices within accounts software based upon agreed amounts against client POs / Work Orders
- Assisting Commercial Manager with final accounts
- Preparation with cost/value reporting and end life forecasting on project in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
