Robertson Bell are pleased to be partnering with a leading property developer, based across the South of England who are seeking a Senior Development Finance Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This newly created role will join a team of DevelopmentFinance Analysts to provide and enhance the high-level analysis that is provided to the Development teams.

**The main responsibilities of the Senior Development Finance Analyst include**:

- Take a birds-eye view of the organisation’s development schemes to identify and analyse financial trends across a range of factors including geographic region, tenure type etc.
- Conduct investment appraisals to analyse the financial implications of new and existing development schemes, with supporting commentary for non-financial stakeholders.
- Enhance the reporting that is produced in the monthly management packs and investment packs that are circulated to a wide range of audiences within the organisation, levelling up the data that is presented to the directors.
- Business partnering with various project managers on the development to monitor the financial performance of ongoing development schemes against budgets performance and expected time scales, providing insightful advice.

- A proven track record in leading investment appraisals ideally in the property / housing sector.
- First-class presentational skills and able to effectively communicate complex financial analysis to non-financial stakeholders.
- An ability to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills, experience with Power BI is highly desirable.
