An opportunity to join a small, busy team based at Segensworth in Fareham, working with Marine and boat based products - so great for any boat enthusiast
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone and taking and processing Sales orders, and liaison with the warehouse to ensure the smooth despatch of the order. Notifying purchasing of any special order requirements.
- Liaising with customers and carriers/delivery hauliers regarding disputed, short or non deliveries and obtaining proof of Delivery if required.
- Progress chasing with colleagues in the warehouse to keep the customer informed of delivery schedules.
- Sending out swatches and catalogues or any other promotional materials or Sales and Marketing literature and keeping records.
- Update and maintenance of Customer records within the database.
- Sales of company products using Sales Promotions as directed.
experience of working within a busy sales office is required, albeit in an administrative support role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
