**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering calls and acting as Customer Support Service to clients with an e-commerce site. This includes accessing their e-commerce site, website back office for account details, dealing with order queries, payment issues, sorting out returns, liaising with our client to resolve issues.
- Understanding the processes behind a CRM system and an online fulfillment system.
- The management and organisation of client’s diaries, events, meetings and travel.
- Making outbound calls for our clients - making follow-up calls and confirming meetings.
- Administrative services such as internet research, sourcing suppliers to obtain quotations and estimates.
- CRM update and maintenance using various software systems.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong ability with computer skills including full knowledge of all Microsoft software packages.
- Being able to communicate difficult tasks in a straight forward manner.
- Positive and friendly telephone manner.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
- Using own initiative.
- Collaborative working.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work to deadlines as well as setting own targets.
- Accuracy of work and attention to detail.
