**Overview of the Role**

We are recruiting for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our talented Marketing team to manage the creation, delivery and measurement of our multi-channel customer communications and campaign activity for the Saffron brand.

This role will report directly into our Senior Marketing Manager to develop a cost effective yet ambitious promotional plan based on customer insight.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of digital campaign delivery within agreed budget and to deadlines
- Manage the production schedule liaising with relevant operational areas of the business
- Ensure campaigns are clear, fair and not misleading and compliant in accordance with TCF and FCA regulations managing sign off within the schedule
- Develop test and learn approach to digital campaign delivery to drive continuous improvement
- Track and monitor digital campaign performance delivering against sales and ROI targets
- Play a key part in the annual and quarterly planning process
- Create operational communications when required for activity which impacts in business as usual process
- Maintain and update Saffron websites, for both marketing and operational purposes. Considering best practises, SEO, keyword strategy and customer journeys.
- Review and manage PPC and paid socials performance ensuring continuous optimisation.
- Manage day to day running of key suppliers from initial brief to production ensuring timing and costs are managed to plan
- Manage relationships with integrated marketing agency and lead the delivery of effective content to showcase Saffron as knowledgeable experts, helping customers to make informed decisions
