We are recruiting a Logistics Controller to become an effective member of the Transport and Logistics Team, based at our Central Support Office, Newcastle upon Tyne.

**About the Role**

As Logistics Controller, you will have a good working knowledge of the transport sector and a professional and organised approach to work in a busy, pressurised environment. Tasked with the efficient coordination of inter-depot, inbound and outbound distribution to improve both the utilisation of own fleet and third party transport. This role is integral to providing both outstanding delivery to all stakeholders and a support function to service and compliance part of the team.

You will adhere to Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality processes to ensure we are compliant at all times.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a Logistics role.
- Ability to work within a large team environment.

- We have 14 Depots around the UK so good geographical knowledge of the UK will be essential for this role.
