**Job Summary**:
Manage and enhance the digital presence of DPC Accountants by connecting with our audience and driving brand awareness.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain our marketing strategy, ensuring it remains current and effective.
- Design, write and update marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and blogs, articles and videos.
- Oversee our social media accounts, create, and post regular content that aligns with our brand and strategy.
- Engage with our online communities, respond to comments, messages, and enquiries.
- Use analytics to track campaign effectiveness to support data driven decisions and optimise marketing efforts.
- Carry out research to understand our audience to ensure content that is relevant.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create and execute marketing initiatives that are cohesive and impactful.
- Partner with external service providers to ensure marketing material is visually appealing and consistent with our brand.
- Manage and maintain the Company’s website and online presence.
- Co-ordinate and organise internal and external events.
- Assist with internal staff communication activities.

**Person Specification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field essential.
- GCSEs grades A*- C or 9-4 (Maths and English) or equivalent essential
- Previous experience in a marketing role preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques essential.
- Proficient in content creation and copywriting essential.
- Passion for digital marketing and a keen eye for emerging trends.
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in social media analytics.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with an organised and positive attitude to work
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve effectively
- Self-motivated
- Able to work to deadlines
