**Full Time Contract**
We are seeking a **Senior Neighbourhood Officer** to provide a comprehensive housing and leasehold management service to our customers and neighbourhoods specifically dealing with:

- Management of breaches of tenancy/leaseholder agreements (including taking formal enforcement action where appropriate).
- Estate management and monitoring.
- Preventing, managing and reducing anti-social behaviour.
- Identifying and supporting the management of risk linked to tenants, tenancies, properties and estates.
- Supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies.
- Ensuring high standards of service are delivered by all service partners linked to Neighbourhood Services.
- Identifying and reporting repairs directly to the service provider, and following up when necessary to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Elements of Gas safety and Fire Risk Assessment compliance.
- Contributes to fire safety inspections.
- Delivery of all services linked to agreed team and service area key performance indicators.

**Key Skills and Requirements include:

- **
- Significant experience of working in housing related role.
- Experience of managing and prioritising own workload and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Awareness of legislation, policy and best practice relating to housing management, rent arrears management and anti-social behaviour.
- Knowledge of legal enforcement proceedings via the County Court.
- Certificate in Housing (Level 3) or equivalent.
- Must have a valid drivers licence and have access to own means of transport.
