CK Group are recruiting for Laboratory Equipment Engineer to join a leading medical diagnostics manufacturer at their site based in Cambridge on a permanent basis.
**The Company**:
Our client is a global provider of end-to-end solutions that help scientists, researchers and clinicians better diagnose disease. They design and manufacture leading equipment for detecting and imaging.
**Location**:
This role is located at our client's site in Cambridge.
**Your main duties will be**:

- Managing day to day laboratory instrument support services.
- Ensuring prompt, customer focused equipment support.
- Diagnosing faults on complex laboratory equipment and systems.
- Using multi-disciplinary internal support to plan and manage maintenance, installation and commissioning activities.

**Your Background**:

- A technical engineering qualification, ideally an advanced modern apprenticeship with NVQ level 3 in engineering.
- Experience carrying out fault finding and maintenance of complex laboratory equipment.
- Demonstrable experience planning engineering and maintenance activities.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment would be preferable.
