**Trainee Estate Agent**

We're looking for a highly motivated **Trainee Estate Agent **to join our clients well respected Estate Agent brand in Manchester.

Estate agency experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided. However experience in Customer service and or a Sales environment is preferred.

**Key responsibilities of a Trainee Estate Agent -**
- Registering applicants interested in renting a property
- Matching them up to relevant properties we have available
- Canvass valuation leads and carry out property viewings
- Keeping property owners updated
- Negotiating tenancy agreements
- Assist in maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch
- To meet personal targets set and agreed with your Manager
- To carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner
- Negotiating and agreeing the sales or let of available properties
- Diary management
- Local knowledge of surrounding areas

**Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Estate Agent**:

- Has **customer Service** or **sales** experience
- Shows a proven track record in **generating new business**:

- Has a **resilient**, **positive** and **friendly** attitude
- Highly motivated individual
- Excellent **time management**:

- Strong **organisational skills**:

- Has a **full UK Driving License** and own vehicle

**Benefits of becoming a Trainee Estate Agent?**

Basic Salary - £17,000 -18,000 plus commission on top, overall earnings in the region of £25,000

Holiday entitlement - 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
Working Hours - Mon-Thurs 8:30-19:00, Fri 8:30-18:00
