Are you an HR Advisor/Specialist who is immediately available? Our client has an urgent requirement for an HR Advisor on a temporary basis which could become permanent for the right person.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the HR function.
- Receive a structured and documented handover of the HR function/role
- Maintain the documentation of the function processes up to date
- Take ownership of all HR matters across the company for new and existing employees.
- Manage a team of 1 to 2 junior Human Resource Assistants.
- Support the recruitment of new hires, including permanent employees, Kickstarters andApprentices.***:

- Manage the induction of all new hires.
- Maintain a smooth execution of our apprenticeship program.
- Maintain a smooth remote onboarding and remote offboarding process.
- Carry out necessary administrative duties.
- Create clear and concise reports.
- Support ad-hoc project management.
- Collect and maintain data for the monthly payroll purposes

**What can you bring?**
- 1 to 4 years HR experience.
- Interest to complete CIPD qualification Level 3/5 (financed by the company)
- Able to execute HR processes in a quick and lean manner
- You will need a quiet room with a desk at home.
- Internet with at least 30MBPS download speed, and 10 MBPS upload speed.
- Happy to be on the live team video portal during the working hours (9am to 6pm, with lunch break between 1pm and 2pm).
- Comfortable using an HR software (training will be provided).
