Our client, a loyal and dedicated port services company, is seeking an experienced Cruise Hub Administrator to join their fully established team in Tilbury. Experience is not essential, however organised and articulate individuals, with previous office experiencewould be desirable.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm
Annual salary: £22,000 - £25,000

The role will include:

- Provide professional advice and support to both existing and potential customers.
- Assist the department through general management and administration. To include processing invoices, paperwork, filing, and the resolution of any claims and/or enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all appropriate legislation and regulations governing the movement of cargo and the documentation relevant to it.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through training, teamwork, and by having an awareness of market developments.
- Provide advice to management.
- Maintain and build on client relationships.
- Achievement of written objectives as agreed with the Agency Manager.
- Comply with the Company's trading standards and conditions, including agreed accounting and credit control processes. (Accounting experience not needed)
- Promptly report any Health & Safety concerns.
- Take appropriate action on any Health & Safety issues ensuring compliance with the Company's Health & Safety policy.
- Other adhoc duties as required by the management of the Company.
