**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE**

**£35k + double OTE £70k**

We have an exciting new role at a top IT company currently seeking a Sales Executive to join their ever-growing sales team. They are uniquely placed with our experience in the assembly, testing and validation of high-performance bespoke solutions that havebeen designed to meet a client’s/projects exact requirement. Combined with their ability to turn around a fully bespoke platform including client specific branding, documentation, packaging and global on-site maintenance packages, they strive to provide agenuine range of value-added services to their partners.

With plenty of room for growth within the role, you will learn their industry, vendors and solutions to develop and implement comprehensive product launch plans that includes products, services and test drives. You will be a fast learner who isn’t afraidto hit the ground running and work pro-actively.

**The Role**:

- Cold calling and prospecting potential customers with a strong new business focus
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls Webex and written dialogue
- Understanding customer requirements and providing solutions based on the company’s value proposition
- Representing the company at trade exhibitions & events.
- Confident individual that’s highly motivated and results oriented
- Experience in people management and building a team across a matrix organization model
- Good Communication and Collaboration Skills (internally & externally)
- Methodical Approach
- Good presentation skills
- Being able to work effectively with anyone with different skillsets
- Minimum 2 yearsB2B salesexperience
- Goodtrackrecordofbuildingandmaintainingcommercialrelationshipswithseniorclients
