**The team at Jonothan Bosworth is working with a full-service creative agency based in London as they look to add a new member to a great team, reporting into the CTO.**

In this role, you will **lead daily software design and build operations and help support the development and delivery of the companies’ software delivery strategy**

Helping to **embed data and analytics** within the culture of the organisation and identify market leading data points to achieve a commercial competitive edge will result in an

**THE BACKGROUND**:
Our partner is a **data-driven advertising agency**; informed by insights, from and for their target market. They **specialise in market research, insights, content and distribution **with their partners, including the world’s best toy manufacturers, the world’s most famous film makers and many others. With a diverse set of partners, no two days are the same, and providingsolutions to better inform decision-making in their customer base is key.

**THE PLAN**:
**THE CHECKILIST**:

- Working with junior & senior team members to** design and build primarily a data analytics software.**

**-Deliver tested, working software**
- Identify & **solve issues** with existing software
- **Deploy new versions of platforms into pre-live and/or live environments**
- Deliver **working code** on-time and to specification
- **Identify and discuss solutions and features**

**-**Participation in** stand-ups**and other agile ceremonies** with the engineering team.

**THE NICE TO HAVE**:
Developers with experience in **Agile delivery and Agile techniques**, such as **Scrum** and **Kanban** as well as working to develop data strategies for business transformation, such as designing a Data/Analytics operating model, or exploring the shift to cloud native 3rd party solutions will be highly desired.

**THE CONCLUSION**:
**Developers with strong communication skills; with **experience of commercial development and Lean/Agile environment exposure** will be highly desired. If you are a team player with** a demonstrable strong coding background in React, ReactNative, **and e**xperience building SaaS products with modern JavaScript frameworks**, we’d like to hear from you today. **Experience working in GCP and AWS and delivering large scale projects on time **as well as being well versed in data architecture approaches will be important.**
