The Activate Group of companies specialise in accident management services and partner with some of the country's best-known fleet providers and insurers to service hundreds of thousands of claims a year.

The group provides claims management to corporate and commercial fleets through sopp+sopp, operates an approved nationwide repair network for personal lines insurance claims through **Motor Repair Network**, supplies next-day parts and consumables through **Sopp Parts** and in 2019, launched a body shop division, **Activate Accident Repair **and acquired the National Recovery Network. Based in the UK, and founded in 2015, AGL employs more than 500 people, with its main offices in Halifax and Peterborough.

**Role overview**:
Daily collection and delivery of vehicles to and from customer addresses, completing all necessary paperwork detailing claim and non-related damage and collecting excess payments.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collection and deliveries
- Plan routes prior to departure
- Identify and manage a vehicle defect book daily in line with operating procedures
- Collect all necessary customer paperwork from Reception, checking courtesy cars for damage and cleanliness before delivery to the customer
- Confirm any damage or cleanliness issues with Reception team
- Notify customer and reception when a delay is imminent
- Complete all customer paperwork in presence of customer, noting down vehicle details on both courtesy car and customer vehicle, confirming claim damage and old damage
- Operate electronic or manual winch type machinery, to load and unload vehicles from delivery truck
- Collection of excess payments
- Compliance with all H&S procedures
- Compliance with Financial procedures
- Compliance with customer service procedures

**Skills and experience**:

- Full driving licence with the correct classification to carryout duties
- Logistics experience
- Experience of vehicle appraisal
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
