I have partnered with an established organisation based in South Cambridge, who are looking for a People Advisor to join their People team.

This client is forward thinking when it comes to benefits and looking after their staff, with things like flexible and hybrid working (one day a week in the office), physical and mental health support, and holiday exchange to name a fewOh, and you’ll have a 35-hour working week

**This is a generalist HR role where no day will be the same. Some of the duties include**:

- Providing support and guidance on generalist HR
- Coaching line managers
- End to end management of complex ER casework - including disciplinaries and grievances
- Producing and maintaining policies and processes
- Updating and maintaining people related systems
- Creating Wellbeing Strategies

**Who are we looking for?**
- A professional is CIPD Level 5 qualified
- A strong communicator, with exceptional relationship building and negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge in Employment Law
- Experience with managing complex ER cases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
