We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to join our award-winning business in **Rochdale**.
This role sits within the busy and growing Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Sales Team, reporting to the Senior Director for Animal Safety. This role is responsible for organising and managing tasks of the Senior Commercial Management Team to enable the business to grow efficiently, providing more focus on growth tasks. This person will be a keen researcher and organiser and be adaptive in working with various levels of the business to ensure all tasks are followed through in a timely manner.
Based in our Rochdale site, our team supports the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian (EMEAI) territories for Neogen Corporation, a top performing NASDAQ listed business employing over 2,000 people worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Organising the Senior Commercial Management Team requirements - e.g., chasing for information, setting deadlines, access to team diaries
- PowerPoint presentation preparation
- Gathering information for reporting
- Researching various topics from which sound business decisions can be made
- Preparing distributor contracts as required
- Prioritising communication and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Arranging meeting rooms, catering, meeting/greeting visitors
- Making travel arrangements
- Admin tasks specific within animal safety division - e.g. filing, managing databases, admin processes to support efficiencies
- Coordinate diaries of key managers and tracking projects
- Provide support for team and group meetings ensuring all meeting documents are gathered in an adequate timeframe.
- Limited travel may be necessary on occasion and may include visits to other NEOGEN facilities in the UK.
**Skills & Experience required includes**:
- Previous experience in a support role for management
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) skills
- Highly motivated, driven individual with the confidence to achieve the desired result across both businesses structures and teams.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative
- High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality is required for this post
