**The Role**
The role is primarily responding to insurance claims. Gathering, assessing, exploring and investigating insurance claims. This includes gathering documents and checking facts. Closely liaising with the client or assignee about their claim throughout the process and coming to a resolution. Processing claims for payment. Running monthly reports on both insurance claims data and the insurance policy data and comparing.
**Hours of work**
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Hybrid working applies after successful completion of probation, two days based in our Guildford or Sweden office as needed to perform the role and build relationships which is an integral part of the K2 culture within the business
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Engage and co-ordinate third party providers(e.g. Repair Companies)
- Conduct data reporting and analysis to establish the claims history and identify trends and patterns.
- Monthly reporting to Reason Global
- Maintaining the Long Term Storage: Billing and monthly declarations to Reason Global
- Raising of Insurance Policies
- Monthly Account Reporting
- Monthly Partner Reporting
- General Support to Group Commercial Team
- Any other tasks as required by the needs of the business
**Experience: Skills /Abilities & Knowledge**
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to display confidence and professionalism when challenging policy holders regarding concerns

- Ability to be flexible in working hours as and when required due to business needs
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
**Accountability**
- As part of the role, the job holder will be responsible for the processing of information, which may be special category data by nature. The job holder is obliged to follow the company Data Protection, Information Security Polices
