**The Role**

In this role you’ll be based on site at Shannons Mill in Tamworth, a thriving scheme that’s home to residents who live independently, where you’ll provide an excellent Housing Management service. You’ll also cover The Forge, located nearby in Tamworth and a small scheme in Atherstone which you’ll be required to visit once a month. Please note, you must be willing and able to travel to Atherstone to be considered for this role. There may also be times where you support other schemes, such as holiday cover.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Achieve high customer satisfaction, by developing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers, interacting with them regularly to ensure key messages are delivered and their needs are understood.
- Managing compliance including building safety, safeguarding, fire safety and health and safety, ensure that our schemes are safe, secure and thriving communities.
- You’ll have experience of working within Housing Management; OR
- Experience within a fast-paced customer service / relations role, either over the phone or face-to-face.
- You’ll have practical IT skills (Microsoft packages and in-house systems) with the ability to write letters to customers, report repairs and complete online training.
- You’ll be highly organised with the ability to balance multiple tasks in this varied role.
- Importantly, you enjoy delivering a brilliant customer service, you’re confident interacting with lots of different people and you bring a positive approach to any challenges you face
- Our residents value face to face interaction so this role is based at Shannons Mill 4 days per week, with one day working remotely from home. Please be aware, you will play a crucial role in running the schemes you cover and will be the responsible person on scheme, representing Midland Heart in the event of an emergency or customer query._
