This International Group in Manchester has achieved consistent growth in recent years to now sit as a key operator in the sector. The company has a collaborative, corporate office environment and looking to bring someone to lead the high performing groupreporting team.

**Your new role**

Supporting the Group Financial Controller and senior management team, you will manage the monthly reporting process in addition to the group consolidation of the financial statements at year end. In this role you will consistently look for ways to improvethe financial control framework and implement an effective testing platform to effectively manage risk to ensure compliance in this regulated environment. Alongside this you will support M&A projects and manage a team in this role with a number of direct reportssupporting you on the completion of these duties.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA accounting qualification and have a good technical accounting knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP/FRS 102. Through auditing a range of financial services and regulated businesses you will alsohave a strong comprehension of various risk and control frameworks, alongside a drive and ambition to take on responsibility in a successful and growing organisation.

**What you'll get in return**
