An exciting opportunity, due to business growth has arisen for a career Investment Operations Associate with a Fintech business with a different approach and offering in the market.

In this role as an Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of the investment team, supporting the firm’s experience investment professionals.

Our client provides intelligence led investment management solutions, including its own funds and discretionary model portfolio services to intermediary businesses, trusts, family offices and other originations.
- Support the operational management, including the rebalancing, of the Model Portfolio proposition on intermediary investment platforms and on internal systems;
- Support the operations processes related to the business’ own funds, including settlement of trades, processing corporate actions and ensuring the completion of shareholder voting
- Assist in the reconciliation processes in place to ensure investment data is accurate
- Assist in the collation of responses to compliance and due diligence requests related to Model Portfolio and fund activities
- Provide operational support to the wider investment team
- Support the issuance of client communications, including monthly reports and ad hoc requests
- Build and improve relations with company’s counterparties
- Assist with day-to-day office management issues.

**Person Specification**:

- Experienced investment operations associate looking to continue working within this space, ideally 3-5 years + experience
- Diligent, organised, efficient, eye for detail, extremely competent
- Team player
- Experience of model portfolio management, DFM, wrap platforms
- Excellent communicator

**Additional Information**:

- £35-40,000 plus benefits
