Reporting into the Head of Employee Engagement and working in a fast paced, supportive and People Focussed Organisation; As Senior Employee Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for helping to foster and drive engagement, inclusion, and impact by designingthoughtful plans that enable our business to celebrate our unique culture, support our hybrid-working model, and continuously enhance the employee experience we provide.

Key responsibilities:
Feedback Culture
- Support the Head of Engagement in implementing our new Feedback Loop strategy, which seeks to embed an agile system of sharing, receiving and aggregating key feedback, on a continuous loop that evolves the employee experience and enables us to measure valueon investment.
- Lead and manage the annual cadence of employee surveys using our new tool, Culture Amp - inclusive of onboarding, D&I, Employee Voice, Farewell surveys.
- Provide advice and support to the business where survey interventions are needed.
- Develop, in collaboration with Communications, an engaging communication strategy that drives confidence, understanding and participation in our surveys.
- Use thoughtful, data backed insights (via Culture Amp) to create dashboards and tell stories through data which help our HRBPs, Leaders and Managers better understand their people and teams, and what matters to them.
- Proactively make recommendations and provide engagement consultancy based on data -where we need to pivot, adapt or adopt new practices - and work with key internal stakeholders to drive positive change.
- Implement bite-size engagement coaching so our people Leaders and Managers know how best to support their teams.
Diversity and Inclusion
- Support the Head of Engagement in the development of the Inclusion agenda.
- Provide vision, management, and strategic planning for D&I initiatives across the business.
- Align D&I objectives and strategic plans with the company vision, culture and sustainability goals.
- Ensure that D&I efforts are integrated into our global Leadership and Management practices and beyond via effective collaboration with colleagues from the across the business
- Ensure that D&I initiatives are prioritized and operationalized. Keep abreast of best practices and current trends in diversity and inclusion and bring that knowledge to inform program and policy development work.
- Develop diversity-related programs and communications by leading these efforts directly as well as engaging internal resources and outside expertise.
- Develop, in collaboration with Communications, a D&I communication strategy
- Strengthen the company's D&I metrics and dashboards to ensure accountability, tracking, and monitoring of efforts. Ensure ongoing attention, benchmarking, and best practices concerning diversity and inclusion.

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

- We're looking for passionate, creative and innovate thinkers
- You’ll have a proven background (8+ years) in employee engagement, communications and/or diversity and inclusion.
