**Safety, Health & Environment Administrator -Bury St Edmunds/Hybrid**

Due to our ongoing cultural SHE transformation within Brewing & Brands (our Breweries & Distribution) we are seeking a Safety, Health & Environment Administrator for a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role will support the Head of Safety, Health and Environment in ensuring that all our sites are legal and compliant under Health, Safety & Environmental legislation.
This is a varied & exciting role which supports Brewing & Brands Operations throughout the UK and involves communicating with people both internally and externally on all different levels.
Greene King support agile working which means we expect you to be in the office/company of your colleagues for around 50% of your working week.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and timely compliance reporting to the business
- Ensure that all correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner and liaise with appropriate parties
- To accurately enter, manage and present data
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally

**About you**
- Strong clerical skills
- An excellent working knowledge of Office 365
- Excellent communication & influencing skills
- Strong data input, manipulation and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Power Apps and Sharepoint or a willingness to learn
- Organised with high attention to detail
- High energy and ability to work at pace whilst maintaining accuracy
