**C# Developer | £500/day - £700/day | Immediate Start | London & Remote**

**We are looking to hire a team of Developers, initially for a 6-month contract renewal on a 2-year program. This is a hybrid-working contract with an expectation of being in a London based office a couple of times a week - however, our client-partner willalso consider full remote working.**

**We have various roles with the need for C#, REST, and Python experts and any Angular and/or Docker experience & capability is a plus.**

**Just so you are aware, a number of recent interviewees failed to answer basic questions in C# and SQL.**

**TECHNOLOGY**:
The team is focused on **building simulation-based pricing systems **for Middle and Front office. The core technologies utilised within the team include **C#.NET and Microsoft SQL Server running on Windows** however our client is now increasingly moving towards **C#.NET Core **and** Python** running on **Linux operating systems utilising Docker containers** to allow future cloud migration.

**SKILLS**:
Developers competent with **C#** and** Microsoft development stack (WCF, WF, Unity), Microsoft SQL Server**, Software design methodologies and best practices, as well as end to end development cycle knowledge are likely to receive an
immediate interview request

Experience of working in an investment banking (or similar) technology environment would be desirable.

**ADDITIONAL**:

- Experience with **Microsoft HPC Server**, Grid and Cloud Computing.
- Web Development with **ASP.NET** and MVC.
- Continuous integration with **TeamCity.**
- Knowledge of **Microsoft Azure**.

**This is an immediate job opportunity for contractors with strong decision-making skills, and the ability to demonstrate sound judgement, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.**

**Financial knowledge or having worked for investment banks - with any financial instrument knowledge would be a bonus.**

**Experience of interacting with quantitative users to resolve complex business problems and strong problem solving skills, numerical skills and an analytical mind-set will hold you in good stead.**
