We are working with one of the South Coasts most exciting and innovative web, mobile and digital technology companies at an exciting time of growth. My client are an award winning security services company and they are now looking to broaden their team.

We have a new opportunity for a Scrum / Release Manager to work closely with my clients internal QA, development, product and operations teams. You will be keeping each team on track with regards new releases and planning sprints and prioritizing workloads.You will help with the coordination of daily production releases working with the QA test team for regression testing of releases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with members of the Development and Operations team to manage, track and control issues within an Agile environment
- Work with the operations team to prioritize development tasks
- Drive development coordination and help with the delivery of new project features
- Manage feature release to QA and production Environments
- Support the team leads to accomplish current project plans
- Provide regular updates to Stakeholders to reduce surprises during sprint cycles
- Actively identify areas of improvement within the Software Developer Life Cycle
- Actively identify areas of improvement within the Project Management Life Cycle

Skills / Experience:

- Experience of working within an Agile methodology environment
- Knowledge of SDLC and PMLC
- Experience with Git
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
