The Senior Property Manager will assist the Head of Estates and wider Estates Team to deliver the companies sites and accommodation department's strategy in alignment with the overall long term business strategy by developing and improving the estate's portfoliothrough property management and investment opportunities.

**Senior Property Manager Requirements**
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rural or General Practice) with a minimum of seven years' experience, ideally in an estate management role (whether in-house or consultancy).
- Proven experience of managing a multi-site property portfolio.
- Strong negotiation skills alongside the ability to build and foster strong, sustainable internal and external relationships, demonstrating a positive and approachable disposition with the ability to build rapport.
- The ability and desire to work in an inclusive and collaborative manner.
- Possess the drive to succeed and to be able to solve complex issues.
- Strong financial and commercial awareness.
- The ability to instruct and manage external professionals.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Well-developed IT skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides).
- Flexi working available to include a combination of working from the office, from home and on site for visits.
- Car driver able to work across the UK with the ability to stay away as required.
