**Job purpose**
- Work alongside a team of fellow warehouse personnel to provide a professional incoming goods, storage and despatch service to customers, encompassing both speed and accuracy.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
**1**
- Execute the plan for incoming goods, storage and despatch of items in a timely and efficient manner.
**2**
- Responsibility for all aspects of health and safety for self and team members.
**3**
- To ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management.
**4**
- Provide support for Operations manager with query resolution and inventory checks.
**5**
- Conduct accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes.
**6**
- Be responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer.
**7**
- Ensuring quality procedures and individual quality targets are strictly adhered to.
**8**
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
**9**
- Support, comply and ensure complicity with the company’s Quality Policy Document and its objectives of delivering a profitable and unrivalled quality service admired by competitors.
**10**
- To ensure the safe loading/handling/unloading of all material.
**11**
- Support, comply and ensure complicity by self and team with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, the company handbook and all other company policies and procedures.

- Pallet rework on both inbound and outbound.You will from time to time be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as reasonably required by your line manager. You are required to follow all ATL policies and procedures at all times and take account of ATL guidance
