**Service Advisor: St Neots**

You must be able to work alone, as well as within our productive aftersales team to achieve our outstanding levels of customer service.

Salary £26 - £29k plus bonus

Working hours by shift, either 7am - 5pm or 8am - 6pm pm Monday to Friday and on rota to work 1 in 4 Saturdays

**Day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Maximising service profitability
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times
- Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration
- To support all aftersales departments at key / busy times
- To help the dealership achieve standards of process efficiency
- Cash Handling / IT experience with Word / Excel.

**Skills and Experience required including**:

- Enthusiasm to deliver and continuously improve product knowledge through a dedicated manufacturer training program
- The desire to achieve the highest standard of customer care, measured through a manufacturer CSI program and customer retention.
- A flexible approach with the ability to adjust in a changing / busy environment
- The ability to work alone, as well as within our aftersales team

Previous experience in a Service Advisor capacity is desirable and preferably within a main dealer - although full training will be provided to the right applicant.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
