€70,000 - €90,000 base
An exciting opportunity for an experienced customer success manager to join a thriving team. In the role your main responsibilities will be:
- Acting as a strategic partner to clients, owning key relationships
- Responsible for around 15 clients
- Assisting in the onboarding of new clients
- Guarding customer health, satisfaction and product adoption
- Expand relationships with existing clients
- Utilise data to identify areas of opportunity
- Optimise existing processes within the company and enhance all customer success initiatives
- Develop and share best practices with team members
- Create training documentation for new systems
- Propose creative ideas to automate and scale business processes
To be successful in the position, you will likely be/have:
- Comfortable having 2 direct reports
- Qualification in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in a CSM position in a B2B SaaS company
- Comfortable presenting in large groups
- Experience in retail or fashion is a bonus
