The business works with the most exciting and innovative brands within their industry.

Our client occupies three sites in total and you will be based from their site in Coventry with 1 day working from home.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the site ensuring efficiency and productivity within your team. Another key part of the role will involve taking responsibility for ensuring equipment and services are maintainedregularly and repaired, whilst ensuring work is carried out in a safe manner in line with practises and health & safety regulations. It will also be your duty to prepare and report on your teams KPI's on performance and activity. You will also take full ownershipof the building maintenance and facilities management.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Proven experience in a similar supervisor role
- Strong leadership skills
- Organisation skills
- Experience in the maintenance of mechanical equipment (desirable)
