We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic SEND Administrator to join our dedicated Learning Support Team.
The primary aim of the role is to provide administrative support to the SEND Coordinator and to be the first point of contact for parents/carers and other key stakeholders, with regards to additional Learning Support. Duties will include;
- To support the SENCo/Lead LSA in taking general day to day enquiries and following up as appropriate
- To arrange and book meetings required by SENCo, including all Learning Support interview meetings for potential and enrolled
- To administer the EHCP Annual Review process, including requesting and collating all contributions, both internally and externally, preparation of all documentation and attending/minuting annual review meetings
- Write up completed annual review reports and distribute these according to compliance timeframes set by issuing Local Authorities
- To intercept and collate the in-year ALS alerts and record these on college systems
- To produce meet me profiles for all EHCP students using information held by the college
- Level 2/Grade C (or equivalent) qualification in Maths and English
- Proven experience of working within a school/college environment; with a key focus on administration and accurate data inputting
- Experience with Exam Access Arrangements processes in an FE context
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience and knowledge of High Needs funding in a FE context
- Experience and knowledge of EHCP’s and the annual review process

The actual salary for this role is £7,219- £7,511(0.36 FTE).
