We are working with a Knaresborough based client who are needing a Customer Service Admin to join their growing, fast paced team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Incoming and outbound calls
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Support with diary management
- Processing orders and quotes
- General administration jobs
- Using CRM/scheduling system
Required Skills & attributes
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task, whilst having high attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team
- Self-motivated
- IT Literate
- Confident on the phone
Salary and Benefits
- Up to £25,000, depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
