**Your new company**
My client is a specialist financial services business who are proud to be an independent company who put their clients at the centre of everything they do.
They have been established over 20 years managing a wide range of accounts for clients who range from large, complex institutions and medium-sized firms to global corporates.
**Your new role**
Reporting to a Senior Reward Manager, you will support the delivery of the business reward agenda. This role will cover all areas of reward from salaries, short
- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, performance management, pensions, wellbeing and riskbenefits. Ensuring that the full reward package is compliant, competitive and understood within current and new jurisdiction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the delivery of cyclical and ad-hoc compensation activities, including writing RemCo papers, undertaking market research and keeping abreast economic issues within each jurisdiction.
- Undertake annual benchmarking with salary survey providers, to ensure salary ranges and total compensation aligns with the relevant market, making proposals for change as required.
- Delivery of HR, Leader and Employee education to ensure awareness of all reward programmes.
- Responsible for administering the annual benefits renewal process.
- Responsible for queries and general administration of all Benefits (Pensions and Insurances) in year.
- Provide advice and guidance on Benefit and Leave of absence policies, how they relate to statutory provision and company benefits.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You must have previous experience of managing annual compensation and benefit cycles, having utilised salary survey providers. The successful person will also have strong numerical and Excel skills and knowledge of Payroll, Benefits and Tax in other jurisdictions.
**What you'll get in return**You will receive a market-led salary between £50,000-£60,000 / annum (DOE), plus a 10% bonus and the potential to increase this after 2 years' service.
Other generous benefits include: 27 days holidays + BH's, pension providing employer contributions of 4%, increasing to 10% of your annual pensionable salary following 2 years' service, individual private healthcare, long term income protection, 4 x life assurance,critical illness 3 x base salary, annual travel insurance for you and your family and a basic eye test prescription every 2 years.
