Having just put their first _negative_ net carbon device into a client's effluent stream there is a real buzz around this ambitiously expanding company who can offer a brilliant opportunity to progress your science / engineering career. The role isa permanent Process Engineer position with a remit to further their novel in-house proprietary processes and project manage its scale up tenfold. This Process Engineer position gives the successful applicant experience of building client relationships on commerciallysensitive projects from day one.

Your day to day duties as the Process Engineer will be:

- Automation of R&D efforts such as analysing parallel reactions
- Understanding of process thermodynamics or kinetics etc
- Mathematical and physical characterisation of the processes
- Development of improved efficiency methods
- Delivery of high quality reports to management and clients
- Knowledge of gaseous chemistry such as CVD, PVD, or similar processes
- A track record of process engineering in industry
- A degree, or higher, in a relevant engineering field
- Qualities to collaborate and communicate effectively across a multi-disciplinary team
