**Are you talented Administrator?** We have an excellent position available in a new role working for the UK’s leading anaerobic digestion operator as a **Procurement Support Administrator. **If you’re analytically minded with a proactive, “get stuck in” nature this role would be perfect for you. Of course, experience in a role such as **high-level administration, financial analysis or a similar procurement support role would be required.**

**The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in the support of the **Procurement and Contracts Manager,** working on internal systems and **Excel** to log, maintain and follow up on any submissions that require attention.

**Being data oriented and having the ability to extrapolate information from large datasets is key** as you will analyse performance costings and identify areas that may need investigating whilst maintaining the database and producing both dashboardsand reports. You’ll also monitor and provide quarterly reports on meter compliance, utility consumption and costs, highlighting any anomalies or exceptions.

Another key aspect is the ongoing support of the Property and Procurement team with **raising of requisitions, issuing purchase orders, processing invoices and receipting items.
